RESOURCES
The Special Olympics Walking Clubs aim to bring together individuals with and without intellectual disabilities for non-competitive physical activity. Our club provides the platform for individuals to challenge themselves, establish friendships and exercise. All members of the Special Olympics community — coaches, family members, volunteer groups and caregivers — are welcome to join!
Our six-week virtual fitness seasons feature weekly Zoom practices led by trained instructors and coaches. The live workouts include full-body exercises, cardio, yoga, HIIT training and more. Log in from anywhere to enjoy the live experience and fun social interaction!

WWE School of Strength
Developed in partnership with WWE superstar Becky Lynch, this series of videos, a fitness tracker, a coach’s playbook and a caregiver toolkit all contribute to helping athletes focus on nutrition and fitness and getting the most out of their workouts. We’re excited to see SONC Athlete Stephanie as a part of School of Strength!

High 5 Fitness (website): High 5 for Fitness is a set of resources for youth ages 8 – 21 to help you take control of your own fitness by making healthy choices. Being fit means that you eat well, drink plenty of water, and move a lot every day. Fit kids feel good and have lots of energy because their bodies are strong and healthy.
