You can do so with a qualified charitable distribution (QCD) from your IRA. The funds are directly transferred from your IRA to Special Olympics Northern California and support our programs for children and adults with intellectual disabilities right away! A QCD generates neither taxable income nor a tax deduction, so you benefit even if you do not itemize your deductions.

Workplace giving is an easy, efficient way employees can make tax-deductible donations to charities they care about through payroll contributions at work.
